Low-Cal Starbucks Drinks to Enjoy This Summer

It’s safe to say that I’m a total coffee addict! I love a good Starbucks run, but the calories can really add up. Here’s some low-cal Starbucks drinks you can enjoy this summer– without the added calories and sugar:

  1. Regular Cold Brew with milk– 0-5 cals
    What to order? iced coffee + your favorite milk

  2. Iced Caramel Coffee – 60 cals
    What to order? Iced coffee, 1 pump caramel syrup, 2 pumps sugar-free vanilla syrup, light cream or almond milk

  3. Vanilla Cold Brew– 60 cals
    What to order? Cold foam cold brew, one pump hazelnut syrup, three pumps vanilla syrup, light cream

  4. Double Shot Cold Drink- 60- 100 cals
    What to order? Iced double shot, 1 pup classic syrup and splash of heavy cream (you can sub almond milk)

  5. Sweet Cream Cold Brew- 40 cals
    What to order? Nitro cold brew, add sugar free vanilla, & a splash of half & half

  6. Cinnamon Honey Latte- 60 cals
    What to order? Iced blonde americano, 1 pump of honey syrup, 2 pumps of sugar-free cinnamon dolce syrup, splash of almond milk.
